Jay Electronica – The Ghost Of Christopher Wallace

Jay Electronica returns with the massively anticipated follow-up to ‘Exhibit C’, ‘The Ghost Of Christopher Wallace’. A paean to Biggie Smalls that cites Wu-Tang, Tolstoy AND Dostoyevsky. Lyrically it’s incredible “The game aint been the same since B.I.G died/And WU swarmed on New York from out that bee hive” and “The Flow’s so Tolstoy, Fyodor Dostoy, half oyster, half shrimp fully dressed po-boy”. I’m reserving judgement on Diddy’s contribution and I’m not sure about the “faggot motherfucker” thing before the 6 minute mark either…

There truly is a difference amongst the Democratic base of guidance, the universe of non-Federal taxpayers, and also the demographics of dependency. And it would make the atmospherics no rosier if this extremely wealthy man was throwing out class resentment (towards the poor) to hype up a room total of self-righteous plutocrats. Moreover, owning thrown part of his very own base underneath the bus (there are actually loads of people just receiving by, some with governmental guidance who were being enthusiastic backers of Romney), he has doubled down about the original error. Repeating in excess of and about that *of course* folks who never fork out Federal taxes wouldn’t support lower marginal rates for upper earners. Except many of us know people who exactly fit that category who did. And suggests he nevertheless will not “get it.” And so the argument shifts from the debate on a lifestyle of dependency vs a tradition of independence, self-respect, plus the do the job ethos, to your significantly less sellable personalized mark-down edition with the argument, the protest in the “givers” from the “takers” which is sorta like the initially argument but crucially distinct, instead of for your better.
