As far as elegant melancholia goes, Copenhagen’s Indians seem to be on to a winner with their take on things on their debut single. The understated poise of ‘Magic Kids’ introduces a subtle, sophisticated kind of sorrow; all glumly-sung despondent lyrics like “Your eyes do not see anymore” over enchantingly woven chimes and tolls.
