The residents of Hoboken, NJ had a pretty special treat last month, with Holly Miranda & fellow New Yorkers The Antlers playing this appropriately dreamy (in both senses of the word) cover of Pink Floyd’s ‘Breathe / Time / Breath (reprise)’ section from Dark Side of the Moon. Miranda leads on vocal duties, with her sultry, head-in-the-clouds vocals whilst Antlers guitarist Michael Lerner takes on the David Gilmour’s slide parts. They’re complimented further by Antlers frontman Peter Silberman howling bv’s like a man possessed… Hello Monday morning.
