We love Ryan Lynch’s quirky, quivering pop from San Francisco, so when we came across this video of them performing at Heathers in East Village, there wasn’t a chance in hell we weren’t going to share it with you. The last time we introduced you to Dominant Legs they were playing the mid and west coast on the Girls tour. ‘Loving You’ has so far been unavailable online but its charmingly simple melancholic vocals and autumnal lullaby is a perfect example of their diamond in the rough sound. With the intensity of an icy Belle & Sebastian, they keep it aloof and laid back with a fragile, nostalgic edge. They’re next playing with other Abeano lovelies Weekend back in S.F around January, so we’re pretty jealous of anyone vaguely near the West Coast right now.
