Boneyards probably have everything a group of garage-punk upstarts in 2011 could ever want. 1) We’re told they’re a band from London/Brighton which means that they’re playing alongside bands like Sealings, Old Forest and Gross Magic. 2) A name that makes you think of death and/or sex. Come on, it’s only one letter away from Boneryards. 3) Artwork that looks like a skull in a wig doing science 4) Atumblr that includes a) a picture of Bad Bart and b) a video of Bobby Conn playing on Chic-A-Go-GO wearing a red Adidas tracksuit. 5) And most importantly, they’ve got a knack for making garage rock that makes us want to ‘do a John Dwyer’.
