In the video for ‘Wine’, it feels like Blondes have discovered just what new rave was missing in 2007 – lights that could transform the tips of your fingers into flashing pillars of light, guaranteed to attract any self-respecting gurner within a 50 foot radius. Hypnotically twirling and spiralling, the motions fit perfectly into the track itself, a seven minute gradual climb that then retreats as subtly as it rose.
