Factory Floor

Way more menacing and gloomy than their East London neighbours, Factory Floor are the sort of band that can induce paranoia through even the slightest sound. ‘Lying’s steady metronome foundations are gradually punctured by random guitar stabs and a barrage of synth noise build and tie the whole track together. It’s music that at once summons the spirit of British industry and the great Mancunian label of the same name.
